What We Like
Momofuko does a great job of blending storytelling with a functional shopping experience. Often, sites with unconventional layouts such as a sidebar suffer from legibility or accessbility issues – not Momofuko, though!
Their slide-out cart adds a level of interactivity often missing from WordPress e-commerce sites. Users can see what’s in their cart and modify their choices while staying in their shopping flow.

Their site makes thorough use of animation with a parallax mouse effect in the home hero section and scroll-based animations throughout. These animations help draw the viewer’s eye along their uniquely aligned columns of content.

What We Like

They also use great design fundamentals beneath the fancy animations. Obvious hierarchy, generous whitespace, and plenty of contrast make their site a joy to use.

What We Like
Jungsik’s site uses a straightforward layout and provides plenty of information about the restaurant. After a visit to their site, you know exactly what you’re getting into – including the menu, the location, and even the people who will be cooking your food.
Their site is a great example of a monochromatic design done well. Their clever choice of colour allows them to use it in both the foreground and background.

What We Like
